Support tickets… Support tickets are ignored and put off.. unless! you spend thousands and thousands of dollars on the game, Being F2P I have yet to Recieve any replies on my Support tickets meanwhile some of my friends who have spent money and are somewhat P2W get responses within Hours. Sadly it seems they know where they want to put there Support in. The wallets of there players.

Now to get on with my Personal experiences with this game, at first it was amazing, but now, its more of a Chore then anything. ToC C a Dungeon with 7 Bosses and 7 Hidden bosses. Needs 5 people in order to do it. Luckily I had a group.. until sadly 2 of them quit the game due to having No fun. It took us almost a full month in order to find Replacements just for this dungeon. Imagine how hard the 10 man dungeons are… Every week I have to find replacements now for 2 different 10 man Dungeons which are Needed to do Weekly. People are quitting every week. and eventually the game is going to die. so Do I recommend this game to anyone? no. I sadly cant recommend it to anyone. The only reason I am staying is due to my friends still playing the game.

On-going issues include:
– Fealty multiplier on patch: a certain valuable currency was supposed to be multiplied by 50x. This did not happen and each player received a random amount.
– GVG (Guild vs. Guild) tags: tags that are supposed to be applied or removed to each player within a guild cannot be adjusted. This tag enables players to participate in a weekly tournament. This issue has existed for a year.
– Endless bug splats and in-game loading issues.
– Steam in-game cash currency: all players that use Steam will be unable to purchase unbound versions of items whereas players who play through My Games launcher will be.
– Web API disconnect: the game and it’s API have become disconnected as of 6 months ago (or longer). As a result, many recurring events have been completely cancelled. This issue has been under “investigation” for at least 6 months.
– Localisation issues: specific translation issues have been neglected since the Western versions inception. Some blocks of texts are left completely blank.

My Games (Revelation Online’s publisher) employees have generated end-game items and passed them out to their own in-game characters and friends for free and for no good reason. They have even been caught red handed issuing several level 79 (which is the highest level) characters to themselves and their friends for zero reason, meanwhile lying straight to the community claiming that these accounts were deleted amongst a server transfer. These accounts were not deleted in any server transfer. These accounts were of course carrying high tier gear socketed with incredibly high Marks (gems in gear) and Soul Grid (LoL rune system, but permanent). The player whom brought this to public light was also banned from the official game Discord.

This game lacks a lot of things touched in this write up – some of which can be adapted to over time. However, the publisher behind the Western release is absolute dog shit. Proof can be found in the official game Discord (https://discord.gg/revelationonline), where moderators and in-game staff (some of whom have not even played the game) regularly ban and mute everyday players (the few that actually remain) for speaking of the current state of the game.

tl;dr; this game is completely dead due to My Games neglect. It is not worth your time and should be completely avoided. As per their track record with this game and their others, any game associated with My Games will undoubtedly suffer a similar fate… thinking of you, Ashes of Creation.
