Welcome to the worst MMORPG ever created. Literally the most boring, most generic, most dead MMORPG we’ve ever played. We have played some bad MMORPGs. We have played some boring MMORPGs. But! We have never, ever, played an MMORPG that was just.. this… bad.

We tried giving it a chance. We did. We gave it a good hour+. We wanted to get into it, we honestly tried. We tried to remain motivated. We tried to find something in Alganon that was worth enjoying. But.. other than watching Wiggy fail at fighting monsters, the game was literally void of enjoyment.

And that grind.. eugh.

I mean we weren’t expecting much out of Alganon Online – but what we got was so much worse than what we thought. It is literally the slowest MMORPG we’ve ever played. We (in over an hour) only hit level 3. That in and of itself isn’t terrible – slow leveling isn’t a bad thing – it’s the fact that the combat is so unbearably terrible that it made it almost torturous to continue playing. Adding in the fact that the loot quests continued to be solo loot, the monsters took forever to kill, the HP/MP regen was slow, and the ridiculous music every time we looted/accepted/completed a quest, it made for an incredibly unenjoyable experience.
