Okay, that’s a stupid question. Of course you are. Which is why I’m doing a video on this – I got pinged earlier today with a request to cover it as it just opened pre-registrations.
Yup, that means you’re capable of pre-registering for the game right now. So if this looks like something you might be interested in trying.. I advise you to click that button below and pre-register.

We don’t have a confirmed release date yet, but it is expected sometime during 2022 at the earliest.
The game hasn’t been confirmed for a global release yet, but given this is an Asian game, it would be a missed opportunity if they opt to disregard us Western players.

Tell me if you can relate to this: You boot up your favorite MMORPG. You start playing, you do your dailies. You grind a little. Then you log out. Is it because the game is bad? Not at all. It’s because you’ve done everything there is to do, and you’re looking for something new.
Something exciting. Something to reignite that flame in your loins! And not in the “oh god I need to go to the clinic and get a checkup” kinda way.

So to my surprise, I happened across a brand new upcoming MMORPG. One that nobody is really covering. I’m not sure why. Maybe because this is a Chinese MMO, and they don’t typically have the greatest track record with long-term success? Maybe because it’s a little too “Anime-y.”
Maybe it’s because it’s from the same development team that made Dragon Raja, which admittedly was quite the international success.

Regardless, this may be one of the most unique MMORPGs on the horizon. Dragon Raja was an incredibly unique title, and this looks to be even more so.
And the best part? They’re actually holding a Beta test starting on December 21st lasting until December 27th. If you want to apply for the upcoming Beta test, simply click the link below to navigate on over to the official website and sign up!

You can sign up as an Explorer, Pioneer or Envoy, with each providing larger bonuses.

Now I’m gonna be completely honest with all of you. Despite how good that trailer looked.. that’s exactly what that was. A trailer.
It’s promotional material to trigger a response of excitement, to garner hype for their game. Now if Noah’s Heart genuinely looked and played as good as what we saw in the trailer, then the world would be a better place. However, it’s best to remain skeptical and assume it won’t. Even despite Dragon Raja looking as good as it did.

Noah’s Heart is a completely open-world MMORPG built using Unreal Engine 4. Meaning it’s much better optimized than its competition.. namely, games built using Unreal Engine 3 like Elyon.
The world features no loading screens, meaning you can run from one edge of the world to the other without triggering a single separate screen.
With the exception of dungeons and raids, I’m assuming, as it would make no sense to have group content like dungeons and raids present in non-instanced areas. I could only imagine how badly griefing would be.
According to their website, there are “no boundaries, no limitations.” You’re capable of “exploring every part of the entire planet,” with varying biomes like deserts, forests, frozen tundra’s and alien swamps.

There will be a functional class system present in the game, but it’s going to be a little less.. traditional than what we’re used to. On the one hand, you’ll be given a weapon to choose when beginning the game. That weapon will act as your class.
However, instead of leveling a single weapon proficiency, you’ll instead be capable of swapping weapons, altering your entire playstyle – as an example, from a bow to a polearm, or from a polearm to dual blades.
This provides a new depth of customization for players, allowing for you to fill more than a single role at any time, given you have the appropriate weapon for the occasion.
I feel like this is a feature more MMORPGs should adopt. Final Fantasy XIV allows for you to level every job and every profession on a single character. This removes the need to create and level alts. Making the character you make more special. Feel more important.
It’s also just.. easier. More efficient. If your healer can’t make it, if you need additional DPS, if your tank is taking too much damage and you need to split some of it up.. you can adapt. You can swap to what is necessary, and help alleviate some of the stress your team is experiencing.
This is one area of the genre I believe needs innovation. Being limited to a single class, a single weapon type is limiting. It’s inhibiting, and games like this are doing a fantastic job in creating new opportunities for players to fill various roles. Step out of their comfort zones.

There are also a plethora of different occupations, crafting professions you can level. Tailoring, Blacksmithing, Cooking. I’ve never been into crafting myself, actually, I absolutely loathe crafting.
I rather earn money in-game via whatever means is at my disposal, and pay players to craft what I need for me. So this is your guys’ responsibility, not mine.

The developers have also expressed their intentions of making a realistic planet biological ecology, with a functional day and night rotation, weather systems that physically alter the very foundations of the world, offering a unique, immersive experience that can’t be found in any other MMORPG right now.
And once again, given how good Dragon Raja was, aesthetically, anyway, I don’t have any doubts they’ll manage to somehow implement this and make this game an absolute marvel to behold.

Again, Noah’s Heart is going to be holding a Closed Beta test, the very first test phase open for players to participate in, on December 21st through December 27th. You can pre-register for the game right now, and get some goodies for testing the game out during the test period.

This game looks absolutely incredible, and I cannot wait to potentially get the opportunity to play it when it releases globally.
The game doesn’t currently have a definitive release date for either its Chinese or Global release, but given everything is already in English, and they’re moving into open testing.. I would wager a guess it isn’t too far off.

I recently played through Blade & Soul 2 on stream. It was a much better looking MMO than I had anticipated it being, and admittedly I had some fun with it.
After posting my video on it, I had repeated questions pertaining to how I went about downloading and installing it. As this is.. actually a little more difficult to figure out on your own.
I spent 2 entire days messing around downloading different files, trying with different VPNs. It was torture, but I refused to give in. I wanted to see what this game was like.

With this in mind, I’ve decided to put together this guide, so you don’t have to go through what I did.

Alright. To start this off you’re going to be required to download and install the Purple Client. This is NCSoft’s in-house platform that allows you to play games like this on your PC.
You could download it via their website, but I’d advise against doing so. The download from their website also installs one of the Lineage Mobile games onto your PC instead of Blade & Soul 2.
To download the correct Purple Client, and subsequently Blade & Soul 2, you’re going to be required to click the link below:

After clicking the link and navigating on over to our website, scroll down until you see the download link. The file in question is BNS212_PURPLE_Installer.exe and is 390MB.
This file is 100% safe, as you can see if you watch the video above, and is absolutely necessary to download and install the game. Without it, I was not able to play the game. So be warned.

So, run through the normal installation process. Set up the correct pathing for the game and the Purple platform. This should only take a moment.
After it’s done installing, you’re going to see a popup window asking you to log in.

You can sign in with an email, phone number, social media accounts or your Apple account. I personally opted for my iPhone account as I wanted to be able to play the game completely cross-platform whenever I wanted, so connecting via that worked perfectly for me.

Now before we go any further, stop. To be able to successfully see, download, install and play the game – you’re going to want to boot up a VPN.
The one I use is ExitLag.

That link above will allow you several days PREMIUM access completely free to test this out. So click it, sign up for an ExitLag account, then boot ExitLag up.
You’re then going to want to locate both the “NC Purple” and “Blade & Soul 2” options in the list to the left, and have them added as active connections.

This means that when you boot Purple up, it will connect via a Korean IP, and when you log into Blade & Soul 2, it will do the same.

Now, relaunch Purple, and choose an option to log in with. Purple is going to run a fairly large update on the client, but if you used the VPN correctly you’ll see a list of the games on the left in Korean, including Blade & Soul 2.
Again, you’re going to have to wait out the update, and depending on your connection, this can take a while. I believe it took 15 minutes? Maybe a little less for mine to complete.

And yes, you can see my character over there – TheStiffenator. She actually, legitimately looks incredible. I created quite the masterpiece in-game. It’s okay to be jealous.

After the patching is complete, Purple is going to require a restart to apply the changes. Make sure your VPN is still open when reconnecting to Purple.

If all went well, you should now see, once again, the game selection over on the left. However this time it will be in English.

If you used the installation file from our website, then Blade & Soul 2 should already be installed, and should have the option to “Update.” If you did this incorrectly, you’ll see the option to “Install” the game instead.

Which, if that’s the case, uninstall everything, and start over, as this WILL NOT work. You’ll receive crashes and won’t be able to log into the game.

Begin the update, and… wait. A long time. My update took 3 hours? 4 hours I believe. The update is really quite large, so you might wanna find something to do in the meantime.

Once the update is complete, you’ll be able to click “Start Game.” Again, make sure your VPN is on when you do this. Now at this point, you’re going to need to do one additional step before logging into the game.

Navigate on over to the PlayNC website, and log in to your account. Use whatever method you used when signing into Purple for the first time.

Make sure your Country is set to Korea, agree to all the terms, and then log in to your account. Make your way on over to your profile, and go to your Contact information.

Here you’ll want to set up your Recovery Phone Number. This will allow you to get into the game in a moment.

After saving your information, go back to the game, and click “Start Game.”

Give the game a couple minutes to boot up. After clicking on the screen, you’re going to get a notification requiring you confirm your identity via SMS. This is why you added it to your profile.

Click confirm, then type in the confirmation code you received via text. That’s it, now you can successfully log into the game.
The launcher should be entirely in English, but unfortunately the game right now isn’t. That doesn’t mean it won’t be translated soon enough however.

Now if you attempt to play the game without a Korean VPN, you’ll encounter crashes. Simply boot up a VPN, once again, one like ExitLag, and you should be more than capable of logging in and playing it to your hearts content.

Digimon Super Rumble is finally, after months of waiting, entering a fully playable state. Pre-registration for Digimon Super Rumble’s Open Beta test phase is currently open, and I have exactly what you need to pre-register in anticipation of playing!

That’s right, pre-registering for the Open Beta is fast and simple.

All you’re required to do is enter your phone number and email address. The game will NOT be IP restricted, meaning you’ll be able to access the game outside of its country of origin in South Korea.

If you’re having difficulty using your own phone number to pre-register (some people seem to be experiencing this issue,) I’d advise you use a free service like SMS Online. It’s helped people get into games like Blade & Soul 2 and other Korean titles in the past, and I would think it would work for this as well.

Make sure you click the pre-registration button above, and then you’ll be all set to jump right in! Remember, the pre-registration will only be available until November 24th, 2021. There are in-game rewards for players that participate in this event, the “First Costume Set” and “Fairy Wing” respectively.

Do you like Anime waifus? ’cause I like Anime waifus.

Actually, you know what? That’s a stupid question, as who am I kidding. Of course you guys like Anime waifus. Who DOESN’T like Anime waifus? Or even Anime husbandos?
Now I know plenty of you still love both Honkai and Genshin Impact. They’re kinda.. staples of the cross-platform Anime gaming genre at this point, right?
Not only do they both look great, have plenty of lore, strong narratives, but also provide players some fantastic combat, intriguing worlds to explore and.. well. The waifus. I mean, come on. Look at them.

So I’ve been following this since it was announced last year, and I just realized there’s brand new footage for the game available.
Not only can we get a look at the game for literally the first time, but we’ll then possess a means with which to discuss what we saw.

A beta test was held for the game earlier this year in April. I’m not sure how extensive this test phase was, as I didn’t get to participate in it. Nevertheless, from what I’ve read from the official synopsis, Awakening Automata is a Japanese 3D action Anime title.
It features a narrative that takes place in the future, where Humanity receives data from Jupiter concerning a prehistoric civilization and the acquisition of the “automata technology.”
The player, us, get to take on the role of a “coordinator,” a special type of human being that possess the unique ability to adapt and control Automata. You’ll take control of these dolls and lead them back to Earth to retake it.

Or.. knowing you guys, do weird things with them. Yes, I know you. I see the types of things you guys retweet. The types of images you search Google images for. Or Gelbooru.

As far as I can tell from the last beta test, the game features fast action combat and plays much like Dungeon Fighter Online or Closers Online, utilizing a horizontal movement system across the field.
Outside of what little players got to participate in during the beta test, not much more is known.

Pre-registering for the next Beta test phase of Awakening Automata is simple. Just click the button below to be taken to the pre-registration page!

You may.. or may not have heard about Rise Online World. It’s a Turkish MMORPG currently development that just went into Alpha testing. The Alpha test is going to run all month, so with that in mind, I thought I would take a moment here to walk you guys through the Alpha registration process, to hopefully get you into it if you’re looking to try the MMO out!

First, you’re going to want to navigate on over to the official Rise Online World website.

Since this is a Turkish MMORPG, the default language is in Turkish. At the top left of the website you can alter that to English if you don’t happen to possess the ability to speak Turkish.. like myself.

Next, you’re going to want to scroll to the top right of the page where you’ll see “Login | Register | Download Game” – and select “Register.”

You’ll be using the same buttons at the top right both to sign in and to download the game once you’ve successfully completed the registration process.

You’ll then want to fill out all of the information required to register. Yes, there’s quite a few options there and no, you don’t need to use a real phone number. I used a fake number as I wasn’t sure at the time whether this was even a legitimate website and game.

Registering is fairly straightforward.

After registering, like all MMOs, you’ll be required to visit your email and confirm your registration by clicking the verification link within the email supplied during the registration process. After which, you’ll be redirected back to the website and be allowed to log right in!

Simply input your login ID and password!

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll want to once again navigate on up to the top right of the website and click “Download Game.”

This will take you on over to the download page that has not only links to the download directly, but also specs required to run the game.

Simply click the green download button and you’ll be on your way! You’ll have successfully registered your account, and you’ll be able to log in directly as soon as you’re done downloading and installing the game (which is a simple, effortless installation.)

ODIN: Valhalla Rising has just entered its pre-registration stage, allowing for players to sign up, log in and further register for the game ahead of its upcoming test phase. I want to take a moment here to instruct you on how to go about successfully completing that task so you can hopefully get in and try the game out for yourself.

First and foremost you’re going to want to navigate on over to the official ODIN: Valhalla Rising website.

Next you’re going to want to scroll down the main webpage and navigate on over to the method you want to use to register for the game. I opted to select the second method as I was already in possession of a Kakao account.

If you’d prefer to log in using a phone number then you’re more than welcome to however!

Then you’re going to be presented with an entirely new page featuring 2 different buttons. One takes you directly to the official website (which we just came from!) and the other will open the pre-registration page.

Simply click “Pre-register” and move on to the next step!

The next step is easy: Simply click the log in button, sign in and then confirm your pre-registration.

If you successfully logged in and pre-registered you should be met with this confirmation page.

That goes on to show you how many players have pre-registered at the time of your submission (376,645 for me.)

You can further verify this by navigating back on over to the official website.

It should tell you at the top left of the screen that you have “pre-registered” successfully.

And that’s it! You’re ready to jump into the game if you get sent out a key!

While you this Closed Beta hasn’t been specifically confirmed to require a VPN to access, I would like to note that Asian MMO developers tend to ban IPs that don’t necessarily originate from the country the game is developed in. Thus, I’d always recommend going into Alpha and Beta tests like this with the protection of a VPN. I personally use ExitLag because it’s been integral in getting me into games like Lost Ark, Blue Protocol, Moonlight Blade and Justice Online in the past, and will be used for this as well.

Next you’re going to want to register for a TapTap account. Without this, you won’t be able to pre-register. Signing up is easy: Simply navigate on over to the TapTap registration page:

There are a variety of different means with which you can register. You have the option of using your email, phone number, Line account, Googlee account or Facebook account. Considering this is a Chinese MMO though I’d urge you to use something a little less personal. I opted for my Line account because it doesn’t have any of my real life info tied to it, but you do whatever is easiest or safest for you.

Simply choose the platform you want to use to pre-register with after clicking the following button.

Lost Ark is a beautiful upcoming South Korean MMORPG developed by Smilegate and published outside of South Korea by Amazon Game Studios. It’s an MMO that we’ve all been anticipating for several years now – and it’s so close to being available, with a confirmed release date for “2021.” Yet even so, there are many players left wondering.. how do I play the game right now while waiting for Amazon’s official release? And that’s where I come in. I’ve got a detailed guide (both in video form and image,) of how to install and play the Russian version of Lost Ark – IN ENGLISH! Yes you could opt for the South Korean OR the Japanese iterations of the game, but the Russian incarnation was the easiest for me to get into.

First, you’re going to want to navigate on over to the official Russian Lost Ark website. I suggest using Google Chrome for this as it allows for you to easily translate the page – making it significantly easier to sign up.

Next, you’re going to want to hover over the “Register Now” red button at the top right of the browser.

After clicking the registration button, you’ll see a new window pop up asking for you to submit your registration information. You can either opt to sign up using your email address (which I recommend as it’s faster, easier and more secure,) or your phone number.

Alternatively, there are other options down at the bottom of the window, but traditional email registration is probably the most secure.

You’ll see another screen after successfully registering asking you to click “proceed.” This is a confirmation that you’ve completed the registration process.

After registering for a Mail.Ru account you’re going to be presented with yet another new window. This time, it will be prompting you to register for Lost Ark as opposed to an entirely new account.

Simply check the “Accept terms etc.,” and submit the registration form by clicking “Register now.”

If you’ve followed the instructions up until this point, you’ll be greeted by a “Congratulations on your successful registration!” window. And that’s the entire registration process. All that’s left is downloading the game, installing the translation files, and we’re good to jump right into the game! So let’s continue, then, shall we?

To play Lost Ark you’re going to be required to download the MY.GAMES GameCenter. This is the platform they use to allow their players to successfully play their games – kind of like Steam or the Epic Games Store. So navigate on over to the GameCenter download and click the yellow button begin the GameCenter download.

Before going any further, you’re going to require a VPN. You’re unable to log in and play any of the current versions of Lost Ark without utilizing one. Personally? I use and recommend ExitLag. I include links to it everywhere I can because it’s a useful tool in literally every instance I can imagine. Reducing ping, lag, and allowing access to games like Lost Ark, Blue Protocol, Moonlight Blade etc. I have a link to a free trial if you’re interested in taking advantage of that.

After downloading and installing ExitLag (or any VPN,) you’ll want to load not only Lost Ark, but also the GameCenter as Lost Ark requires you be logged in directly through the GameCenter, and for Lost Ark to display, you’re required to play via a Russian IP. Logging into the GameCenter with a non-Russian IP will result in Lost Ark not appearing as a playable title.

So, load up both options in your VPN of choice and then open the GameCenter. You’ll want to navigate on over to the “Catalog” and scroll down a little to see Lost Ark. Simply click that to be taken directly to its page.

After which you’ll want to click the large yellow button at the top of the page that says “Download.” This will begin the download and installation process. The download in question does take a little while though (an hour at around 20mbps for me,) so you might want to do something to preoccupy yourself while you wait.

Remember: You’re required to keep your VPN open during this entire process.

Before applying the English translation, you’re going to want to make certain the game works. So click “Play,” and boot up the game.

You should be able to log in and the game should be entirely in Russian. Awesome, you’re almost finished!

The final step is pretty easy. You’re going to want to download the English fan-translation and extract it somewhere on your computer. I went for my Desktop because it’s easy to find and use.

After extracting the files into your new folder, you’re going to want to click the “LaoTranslation” file.

This will open a brand new window prompting you to either download an update (which mine did, admittedly,) and then to select the language you’d like the game to be patched into. As a native English speaker, naturally I selected English. So choose the language, and allow for the patcher to do what it’s supposed to do, and.. patch.

Once the patcher has completed the patching process, you’ll be able to (once again) click the “Play” button via the GameCenter launcher. Do note: You should not have closed out of ANYTHING by this point. After which, you’ll be logged back into the game and the entire game should be (for the most part,) translated into English.

Quests, names, abilities, everything. And the game will be entirely playable and completely understandable.

And that’s it – now you can play the game in English. It’s really that simple. However, when closing out of the game make certain to close the game FIRST, followed by the Patcher SECOND, and then ExitLag LAST. You’ll be required to patch the game before launching it EVERY SINGLE TIME, please remember that. If you forget, you’ll be forced to close out of the game and boot up the patcher, but honestly it shouldn’t be that difficult to remember.

Enjoy Lost Ark!

NPIXEL have confirmed their upcoming Closed Beta for Gran Saga, an MMORPG slated to release in South Korea in 2021, and release globally towards the end of 2021-beginning of 2022. Before they launch globally, you might wanna jump on in and test whether or not you’re even interested in the MMO. That’s what this guide is for. To get you into the Gran Saga Closed Beta!

First you’re going to want to navigate on over to the official Gran Saga website. You can make your way over there by clicking the button below.

You’re then going to want to scroll down to the pre-registration info. I went ahead and translated the page, as originally it was in Korean, and since I can’t read nor write it, I figured this would make it easiest for people. It states, specifically, that this is the recruitment period for the “CBT,” and also goes on to show the giveaway they’re holding. You’ll see the login methods listed, both Google and Apple.

Select whichever login method you prefer. I was on my PC so I went with my Google login info as opposed to logging in via my iPhone. After confirming your login method, you’re going to want to fill out your phone number. Do note that as this is a South Korean MMO, and a South Korean pre-registration phase, only players with an active South Korean phone number are capable of applying. This isn’t difficult if you know a friend in South Korea, or know of certain websites that will sell you activation like this for a few dollars. I’m not saying you should trust or use them, but they’re out there.

After getting the confirmation via text, you’re all set and registered! If you’re lucky enough to get accepted, then you’ll receive an email via the email associated with the pre-registration.
